Fabrizio Milano d'Aragona

Fabrizio, born in 1974, has a business degree from Naples's Università Federico II. He began his professional career as a consultant for the drafting of business plans for accessing European funds.
He has been working with the Internet for more than 9 years: after initial experience at Altavista and a collaboration with Media Agency ADvance (purchased by Netbooster), he landed at Google, where he participated in the start-up and success of the Italian office handling, among other thins, the development of commercial relationships and becoming manager of the Retail, Fashion and Local sectors.
Together with Claudio Zamboni and Mauro Arte, is a founding partner of 3rdPLACE.
A fan of new technologies and a devourer of political and economics essays, he loves to spend his free time with his son Luca.

With a degree in Economics and Business and a Masters in Business Administration from Rome's LUISS (Guido Carli Free International University for Social Studies), Mauro has more than 10 years of digital experience gained first at Ernst & Young, where he handled web projects for clients such as the FIAT Group and Banca Sella and, then, at Excite Europe, where he was Sales & Marketing Director, and finally at Google Italy, where, in addition to responsibility for sales development in the Media & Entertainment sector, he also served as head of YouTube Italy.
In 2008, he participated in the start-up of Digital ReveNew and, today, along with Claudio and Fabrizio, he is a founding partner of 3rdPLACE.
Mauro is married with two children and dedicates his free time to his family and his passion for film and theatre.

Claudio worked at Google for 4 years, contributing to the success of its Italian subsidiary.
He handled the evangelisation of the Italian market, helping Italian companies do business with Google's various product platforms and consolidating his knowledge of the most profitable digital business models.
However, his passion for the Internet has a long history. Before Google, he gained experience with other sector companies such as Telecom Italia, where he worked in marketing (Tin.it) and sales (Virgilio).
Over the years, he has collaborated with important Italian educational institutions, speaking on New Media, and collaborated with the newspaper “La Repubblica” as the technology and Internet media editor.
In 2008, along with several former co-workers from Google, he founded the start-up Digital ReveNew, a digital marketing consulting agency, experience which naturally evolved into 3rdPLACE.
However, his most successful start-up is his family, now in permanent Beta testing and at release 3.0, in which subjects are discussed that go well beyond cloud computing or the evolution of communications paradigms and, without doubt, the most important enterprise that he will ever have the courage to create ;-)
Head of Operations
He has been working with the Internet for more than 8 years.
After 3 years with Google USA as Search Quality Evaluator (analysing search queries and site positioning to improve Google's SERP [Search Engine Results Page] algorithm), in 2004 he participated in the start-up of Google Italy as Italian and international key account manager, for which he provided both strategic and operational management of online advertising campaigns and on-going product consulting.
In 2009, he participated in the start-up of "Digital ReveNew as Head of Operations, the position that he fills today at 3rdPLACE, coordinating a cross-functional team for the development, delivery and management of digital marketing/communication projects.
When he's not working, Pierluigi listens to all genres of music, when not listening to music, he writes it and, when there's nothing to write, he takes photographs, when he's out of focus, he likes to cook and when his belly is full, he's incomparable in the art of making things happen.
